Rickey White

Founder and CEO of Start Inboxing, LLC.

Formerly of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Rickey now resides in Orlando, FL, home of Start Inboxing, LLC.  With over 12 years of experience in email deliverability he is well respected in the deliverability community.  His experience includes 2 years as a deliverability expert with Merkle as well as employment with Maropost, iContact, and Contactology.  Within his roles Rickey executed client vetting, deliverability consulting, reputation management and managing all ISP relations for over 9 years.  He was also the lead on developing and implementing new deliverability tools to scale the monitoring and detection of issues for clients. 

Rickey specializes in successfully leading teams of consultants and analysts, while specializing in managing sending reputation for their high profiled clients.  He is an active participant and certified facilitator in the M3AAWG working group.  He is a proud father of three and has a passion for FPV Drone Racing.  His other hobbies include R/C cars, trucks, boats, and fishing.  When Rickey isn’t facilitating, parenting, or enjoying his hobbies, he is looking for ways to grow his brand.  He loves molding new talent and exploring new aspects of his industry.

Aurella Green

Executive Assistant and Business Administrative Manager

Aurella Green is Start Inboxing’s Executive Assistant and Business Administrative Manager.  Aurella Green is also an Alumna of St. Augustine’s University (formerly St. Augustine’s College) in Raleigh, NC where she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree with minors in English and Business.   Aurella earned her Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Phoenix in Philadelphia, PA.

Aurella has gained over 20 years of administrative and management support experience.  Aurella’s employment experience includes IT Project Management, Workplace Transition Management, Change Management, Office Management, and Operations Management.  Aurella holds certifications in ITIL (IT Service Management) and Human Resource Management. 

Gerard Almeida

Senior Account Manager / Business Development Manager

Gerard is the Senior Account Manager for Start Inboxing.  Gerard is a proud Brazilian born and raised in Recife,PE – Brazil.  He moved to the United States at the age of sixteen.  Gerard earned an Associates Degree from Valencia College with a minor in Architecture/Design.

Gerard gained over twelve years of experience in the Architecture/Design industry.  His experience includes, remodeling, architectural custom fabrication, and ornamental custom fabrication.  He also successfully delegated hundreds of projects for organizations within the hospitality industry. 

In his role at Start Inboxing, Gerard uses his in-depth knowledge of business structure and value proposition.  He is able to effectively create developing growth strategies and plans that support client needs as well as manage deliverability for client’s email marketing campaigns. 

As a Brazilian, Gerard still enjoys some of his cultural hobbies.  On the weekends one can find Gerard grilling, fishing, free diving or playing beach volleyball.  None of these hobbies, compare to his love of tech as he enjoys late night gaming sessions with friends.

Cornelius Melvin

Customer Relationship Manager

Cornelius Melvin serves as Start Inboxing’s Customer Relationship Manager.  He is the son of two hard-working parents and a graduate of Manatee High School in Bradenton, Florida.  He earned an Associates Degree from Valencia College.  Following Valencia College, Cornelius earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from University of Central Florida.  During his college years, he gained experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, food and beverage, and sales. 

In the fall of 2020, Cornelius joined Start Inboxing as an intern. During his internship, he was exposed to the various activities of an email deliverability firm. He gained experience in proposal creation, corporate meeting structure, and CRM processes. Cornelius applied all that he learned in his role and triumphed.  In 2021, Cornelius officially joined the Start Inboxing team. His role as Customer Relationship Manager comes natural as he enjoys diversity and learning from others.

Lamar Jones

Campaign Manager

Lamar Jones is a campaign manager with Start Inboxing. A graduate of Edgewater high school in Orlando, Fl he is the oldest of five siblings.  He is a true self-starter and takes the initiative to learn any and all things new.  Lamar has over 5 years of managerial experience in transportation, operations, inventory management, and reverse logistics.  

He brings creativity, originality, and charisma to his team.  His love for understanding email deliverability is a true asset to Start Inboxing.  He is a true firearm educator and works to inform others on firearm safety and mechanics.  In his free time, Lamar loves to read and write poetry.  

Jason D. Elliott

Full Stack Developer

Jason Elliott was born in London England and grew up in Brooklyn, NY with his younger brother and parents. He is from a culture-rich family of Jamaican and European descent. In his former life, he has played high school football, taught martial arts, and served as a soldier in the United States Army.

Currently, Jason is Start Inboxing’s amazing Web Developer with over 9 years of experience in Front End Development, User Interface Design, and User Experience Design. His skillset has developed through both self-teaching, private schools, and mentorship. He is also an alumnus of both General Assembly’s Intensive Development and Design Certifications in New York City. This allowed him to help build and establish a handful of startups, work with large and small digital marketing agencies and major brands.

In his downtime, Jason enjoys boxing, gaming, traveling to new cities, conspiracies, spending time with loved ones, cooking, and time in the sun.
